Unveiling Africa Inc. is a non-profit organization and award winning African TV Talk show celebrating and showcasing the stories, struggles, accomplishments and aspirations of the African Diaspora – people of African origin living outside the Continent, who are willing to build true awareness and positively contribute to its development.

Christine has a Baccalaureate degree in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, which is ranked one of the top Science and Engineering schools in the United States.  She continued her studies at the world-renowned Pratt Institute, where she obtained a combined Honors degree with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters of Science in Urban Design.

In addition, Christine honed her skills and expertise with a Management Certificate in Computer Networking, Technology and Information Systems at one of America’s top ten prestigious Ivy League schools, Columbia University.

After working at several prestigious Architectural and Interior design firms in New York City, she landed a position as an Assistant Project Coordinator with New York City Transit.  Christine progressed to the position of a New York City Transit Contract Manager, handling several complex and dynamic Paratransit Service Contracts worth over $900 million dollars.

Over the last three years, grappling with the insufficient and badly needed awareness of a positive Africa, Christine founded a TV Talkshow called Unveiling Africa and began showcasing the varied stories of the African Continent.  Today this program is broadcast into over 2.5 million households in the 5 Boroughs and the Tri- State Region.

This program has enabled her to showcase and espouse the dynamic, intelligent and great accomplishments of highly successful leaders in their fields.  The program is also a platform for the rapidly growing, highly sophisticated youths or first generation youths who will carry on the great torch of nation building both here, as well as in the Diaspora and on the African continent.

Host and Founder, Christine Dako-MacHarry
"If you do not know where you come from you certainly will not know where you are headed, so take roots and grow strong!"
